Did You Know?: Ceremonial matcha is the highest quality of matcha available and retains the highest potentcy of antioxidants and nutrients (60x the amount of spinach). You'll be able to see the difference from its deep grass like green, whereas “culinary” matcha is very light and can have a slight yellow tint to it. You will also taste a noticeable taste difference, with ceremonial matcha having a smooth, slightly sweet fresh flavour profile whereas “culinary” varieties can be bitter and chalky.
